Facebook Ads
What you’ll need:
- Your Personal Facebook account to confirm your identity
- A domain e-mail address (eg: contact@websitename.ro)
- Admin access to the Facebook Page you want to add to Business Manager
- (optional) The ad account you want to move to Business Manager
- (optional) The e-mail addresses of the people you want to grant access to
CASE 1 – Business Manager is not created.
Steps to create it:
1. Navigate to https://business.facebook.com/
2. Select Create Account.
3. Enter the company name and your domain e-mail address.
4. After clicking “Submit,” Business Manager will be created.
5. Because it is a new account, it will be restricted until the personal Facebook account and the business account are verified.
6. If the message “You’re restricted from advertising” appears, click on “See More Details,” then on the “Request Review” button in the new window.
7. Verify the e-mail address that was used to create the Business Manager.
8. Follow the verification and security steps.
Steps for adding accounts and granting access:
1. Enter “Facebook Business Suite” and select “Business Settings” after the account has been verified and the restrictions removed (1-2 days).
2. In the left column, choose “Accounts,” then “Pages,” and then click the “Add” button. Select the “Add a Page” option and search for the page you want to add. Click the “Add” button.
3. You’ve added to the page in Business Manager.
4. In the right column, beneath the page name, click the “Assign Partner” button, then enter “385018061622645” in the “Business ID” field. Select “Full Control” and then click “Next.”
5. Choose “Accounts” from the left column, then “Ad Accounts”. Click the “+Add” blue button.
6. Click on “Create a New Ad Account”, fill the data and then click on “Create Ad Account”
7. On the right column, under the name of the added account, click the “Assign Partner” button, choose Business ID and enter: 385018061622645 . Select “Full Control” and press “Next”
8. On the left column, select “Accounts”, then “Instagram Accounts” and click the “+Add” blue button.
9. Select “Connect your Instagram Account” and Sign In using your credentials
10. After selecting Instagram Account, click the “Assign Partner” button, next to the account name on the right. Then choose Business ID and enter: 385018061622645 . Select “Full Control” and press “Next”
11. On the left column, select “Data Sources”, then “Catalogs”. Click the “+Add” blue button.
12. Click on “Create a New Catalog”, then “Online Products”, then click on “Create Catalog” button
13. On the right column, under the catalog’s name, click the “Assign Partner” button, choose Business ID and enter 385018061622645 . Select “Full Control” and press “Next”.

CASE 2 - A Business Manager is created.
Steps for granting acces:
1. Open Business Manager and navigate to “Business Settings.”
2. In the left column, choose “Accounts,” then “Pages.” Select “Business ID” and enter “385018061622645” in the “Assign Partner” field. Select “Full Control” and then click “Next.”
3. Select “Accounts” from the left column, then “Add Accounts.” Select the Ad Account, then go to “Assign Partner,” enter “385018061622645” in the Business ID field. Select “Full Control” and then click “Next.”
4. In the left-hand column, select “Data Sources,” then “Assign Partner,” select Business ID, and enter “385018061622645”. Select “Full Control” and then click “Next.”

Google Ads
Steps for granting access:
1. Sign in to your Google Ads account.
2. Copy your account’s 10-digit Customer Code (xxx-xxx-xxxx), which can be found in the top left corner.
3. You email the client code to us at ads@inobox.ro
Continue with the following steps after receiving our confirmation:

5. Click the “Accept the Request” button and check the “Owner” box.

1. Login your Google Ads account.
2. Click on the “Settings” button (top right key) -> “Setup” -> “Account Access”
3. In the Managers section, click the “Accept the Request” button next to the Inobox name (ads@inobox.ro) and select “Yes” in the “Owner” column.

Google Analytics
Steps for granting access:
1. Sign into your Google Analytics account.
2. In the left column, click the bottom wheel labeled “Admin.”
3. In the new window, select “Account User Management” from the left column.
4. Click the blue “+” button and then select “Add Users.”
5. Enter the email address ads@inobox.ro and check the box for Edit, Collaborate for permissions.
6. Click the blue “Add” button.

Google Search Console
Steps for granting access
1. Sign in to your Google Search Console account.
2. Navigate to “Search property,” find the property, and select it.
3. In the new window, select “Settings,” then “Users and Permissions” from the left column.
4. Select the blue “+Add User” button.
5. Enter the email address ads@inobox.ro and choose “Full” for permissions.
6. Press the “Add” button.

1. Access your Google Merchant Center account.
2. Select the settings icon in the upper right corner.
3.Select Account Access.
4. Select “Add User” and enter the email address ads@inobox.ro with the role “Admin.”
